Every trade builds a floor of real stocks.

$FLOOR is a Pump.fun coin whose creator fees buy tokenized US equities — NVIDIA, Apple, the S&P 500 — into a public Solana treasury. Half is reserved for holders. Half stays and builds a floor under the token. Every figure on this page is read from the chain, or says it isn't.

Treasury value

Reads live once the treasury wallet is set.

The floor

Half that never leaves — permanent asset backing under $FLOOR.

For holders

Half of the treasury, reserved for distribution to holders.

Unclaimed fees

Creator-vault balance awaiting claim and conversion into stocks.

Fees go in. Stocks come out. The floor only compounds.

1

A trade happens

Someone buys or sells $FLOOR on Pump.fun. The protocol pays a creator fee on every trade — on the bonding curve and on PumpSwap after graduation.

2

The fee accrues

Fees collect in SOL inside the creator vault, a program-owned account anyone can watch on Solscan. Its balance is shown above, live.

3

Stocks are bought

Claimed fees swap into xStocks — real tokenized equities by Backed Finance — via Jupiter, into the public treasury wallet.

4

The split is 50/50

Half of every purchase is reserved for holders. Half stays in the treasury forever, backing $FLOOR with real assets.

Treasury holdings

Awaiting launch — holdings read live on-chain the moment the treasury wallet is set.

Holdings are read from the treasury wallet over both Solana token programs and priced by Jupiter every 30 seconds. xStocks balances use the issuer's scaled display units.

The basket

The target basket, chosen for the deepest on-chain liquidity. Weights print from real holdings at launch.

Supported stocks

xStocks by Backed Finance — real mints, tradeable on Jupiter and Raydium.

What we won't pretend.

The fees are real fees

Pump.fun charges its protocol fee and pays the creator fee on every trade — the creator fee is what funds the floor. You pay it when you trade. We'd rather you hear that from us.

The floor is not a guarantee

The floor is the treasury's market value divided across supply. It rises with fees and stock prices and falls when stocks fall. Nothing here promises you get your money back.

Issuer risk is irreducible

xStocks carry a freeze authority and a permanent delegate held by the issuer, Backed Finance. The issuer can freeze or seize the treasury's tokens. That risk cannot be engineered away and we won't claim otherwise.

Tokenized, not brokerage, shares

xStocks track their underlying equities but carry no voting rights and no dividends, and their on-chain liquidity is thinner than the stock market's. They are crypto assets that reference stocks.

The floor is laid one trade at a time.
